  • 1 Food Processor

Ingredients

Food Processor ingredients

  • 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 small cans Green Chilis
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 2 8 oz Cream Cheese blocks

Main Ingredients

  • 1 Rotisserie Chicken, pulled & shredded
  • 2 cans White Beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 1/2 cups corn, fresh or frozen, drained if canned
  • 1 or 2 Red Bell Pepper, diced

Toppings

  • Corn chip scoops, tortilla chips, diced avocado

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Puree the Food Processor ingredients and add to large pot.
  • Add the Main ingredients.
  • Bring to a simmer, season to taste.
  • Side serve with toppings.
